Email Marketing Genie ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and provides email marketing, SMS marketing, and ESP management services to ecommerce brands. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact information you give us. Name, email, company, role, and anything you write in the qualifier form or send by email.
- Booking information from our scheduling provider when you book a strategy call.
- Usage data. Anonymized analytics about how this website is used. Pages visited, referring source, approximate location, device class.
- Client data. When we run your email program, we work inside your ESP. That data belongs to you and is governed by your provider's agreement with you.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries, prepare audits, run scheduled calls, and deliver work we have agreed to do.
- To understand what is working on this website and to improve it.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information. Ever.
- We do not add prospects to a marketing list without explicit consent.
- We do not use client email lists or content for our own promotion without written permission.
Who we share data with
Only with the tools needed to run the business. Calendar and scheduling, email and document hosting, analytics, accounting, and the ESPs we are working inside on your behalf. Each provider is bound by their own privacy and processing terms.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Email strategy@emailmarketinggenie.com and we will action it within thirty days.
Section 02
Terms of service.
These terms apply to anyone using this website and to anyone we sign a separate engagement letter with. The engagement letter always wins where there is a conflict.
What you can expect from us
- Honest answers on the first call and a clear yes or no on fit.
- Scoped, written engagement letters that say what we will deliver, when, and for how much.
- Regular reporting tied to revenue, not vanity metrics, on the cadence we agree in the engagement.
- Confidentiality on everything we see inside your account.
What we expect from you
- Timely access to the systems we need to do the work, including ESP, store, and creative.
- Honest information about your list, your traffic, and your past email performance.
- Payment on the schedule set in the engagement letter.
- Authority to approve sends, flows, and brand decisions, or a clear point of contact who has it.
Intellectual property
The strategy, frameworks, templates, and creative we build for your brand belong to you once invoices are paid in full. Our underlying playbooks, methodologies, and the systems that power them stay ours.
Limitation of liability
Email marketing depends on platforms we do not own, lists we did not build, and creative decisions we make together. We do our best work, but we cannot guarantee specific revenue numbers, specific deliverability outcomes, or specific platform behavior. Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior ninety days.
Termination
After the initial ninety day engagement, either party can end the relationship with thirty days written notice. We will hand off everything cleanly and your data stays with you.

Cookies & analytics.
This website uses a small number of cookies to keep it working and to understand how it is used. Nothing is sold to third parties.
What we use
- Essential cookies that keep this site functional. You cannot opt out of these without breaking the site.
- Analytics cookies that count visits and pages anonymously so we know which pages people actually read.
- Embedded scheduling when you load our booking page. That provider sets its own cookies under its own policy.
You can clear cookies in your browser at any time. Some functionality, like remembering you are signed into the booking tool, will reset when you do.
