See If We Fit

Read this first. Then book the call.

We turn down more brands than we take on. That is not a humble brag, it is the only way the work stays remarkable. The page below is the same filter we run on every inbound. If you finish it and we still feel like a fit, the call is fifteen seconds away.

Right fit / Wrong fit

We turn down more brands than we take on.

Read both lists honestly. If the left sounds like you, let's talk. If the right sounds like you, we'll save us both the call.

We're a good fit if…

  • You see email as a real revenue channel, not a marketing checkbox.
  • You want a compounding system, not one-off campaign blasts.
  • You care about customer experience as much as conversion.
  • You believe retention is just as important as acquisition.
  • You think long term and understand that real systems take time to build.

Probably not right if…

  • You're looking for quick wins rather than building infrastructure that scales.
  • You see email as a support channel, not a primary growth driver.
  • You prefer reactive, campaign-by-campaign execution over systematic strategy.
  • You measure success by individual sends rather than compounding monthly performance.
  • You want execution without giving your team the space to lead on strategy.
What the call actually is

Thirty minutes. A real audit. No deck.

There is no sales sequence after this call. There is no upgrade pitch, no template stack, no panic close. We open your account in real time, walk you through what is leaking, and hand you a plan you can act on whether or not we end up working together.

Step 01

You share access

A read only invite to your ESP and a quick form so we can pull list size, ARPU, and current flow coverage before the call.

Step 02

We audit live

We go through flows, segments, sends, deliverability, and pop-up performance on screen and call out the gaps as we see them.

Step 03

You leave with a plan

A short written summary of the three to five highest leverage moves on your account, with our rationale and rough sequencing.

Step 04

We talk fit, or we do not

If we are a fit, we walk you through how the engagement runs. If we are not, we recommend who is. Either way, you keep the plan.

If we move forward

Three phases. Then a system that compounds.

Every engagement follows the same arc. The first month installs the foundation, the second month builds the engine, and from month three on we are optimizing a system that is already paying.

Phase 01 · Weeks 1 to 4

Architecture & audit

Account health, deliverability, list hygiene, and a flow blueprint mapped to your customer journey. Foundations the rest of the system will sit on.

Phase 02 · Weeks 5 to 8

Build & launch

Ten to fifteen flows written, designed, QA'd, and turned on in sequence. Campaign cadence engine live. Pop-up tied to a real welcome journey.

Phase 03 · Month 3 onward

Optimize & scale

Weekly campaigns, monthly flow audits, structured A/B testing, and quarterly strategy reviews. The compounding takes care of itself.

Before you book

The questions we get asked.

How long until I see results?

Most brands see meaningful revenue inside the first 30 days from flow activation alone. The bigger compounding gains arrive at the 90 day mark when the campaign engine and segmentation are both running cleanly.

Do you work with ESPs other than Klaviyo?

We do most of our work in Klaviyo because of the segmentation depth, but we have built and migrated systems in Omnisend, Sendlane, and a few headless setups. If the platform fits the use case, we will run it.

Do you sign long contracts?

We ask for a 90 day initial engagement so the system has time to install and start producing. After that the relationship is month to month. The work has to keep earning its keep.

What does this cost?

We do not publish a flat number because the scope varies. The first call ends with a realistic price range tied to your list size, your current setup, and the scope you actually need. No surprises.

Do you do SMS, paid, or full funnel work?

SMS, yes, and we coordinate it with email tightly. Paid, no. Full funnel, no. We stay narrow because the brands that win with us are the ones that want one team obsessed with one channel.

What if we are not a fit?

We say so on the call, recommend who is, and you still walk away with the audit notes. The worst version of this conversation is a polite yes that wastes everyone's quarter.
