An email bounce is an error message you get when your email is not delivered.
Here are some ways to identify and deal with these bounces.
Hard Bounce:
An email is delivered to an invalid email address or to an email address that no longer exists.
Soft Bounce:
A soft bounce happens when the email is delivered to the right address but bounces back before reaching the inbox. The most common reasons for soft bounces include
Inbox storage being full
User not available
Email Message was too large for the inbox
Email server down.
