As a brand owner, no one can understand better than you that issues happen when it comes to logistics.

Shipping gets delayed.

You might run a big offer, and thousands of people try to avail it, and suddenly your site crashes or something happens with your checkout.

Sometimes, when you send an email, a technical error happens. Your landing page link might not be working; discount being not showed in the email, discount not working, etc. It’s very rare, but it happens.

So if there was a logistics issue or if you have sent an email and a mistake happened, here is how you can turn it around for yourself.

For example, if there was a shipping delay for specific customers, you can send them an email telling them about the problem, giving them an update, and offer them a discount, along with a refund or upgrade as you like.
