Grow with Email Marketing

The best practices that helps you make money indirectly with your emails!

How to interact real time with your customers through your Email Marketing?

Understanding the customer journey who is recieving your email:

The last thing you want to do is send too many emails to someone while their existing order is already delayed1

Shipping time is a real big issue. We usually set up a special funnel according to the store. You need to ensure that the person doesn’t recieve too many emails until they have received the product. So ideally, we send the first four emails right after the order, and we schedule our following email after the product is delivered. The reason we do this is that if we keep sending them emails between the period where they ordered something and didn’t received a product, the only thing it will do is fill up your customer support

Get Feedback:

Send your customers some short surveys, so you can understand the problems they might be facing. Your survey shouldn’t be long. Have few multiple-choice questions and only One Question, where they can give you an opinion or anything else they want.

UGC Content:

Ask them to create content with your products, and in return, they get a free product or a gift card.
To briefly review some benefits of UGC:

  1. Makes for great social proof.
  2. Highlights your customers (which in-turn motivates other customers to submit
content for a chance to also be featured).
3Authenticity. When it’s real people vs. models, it feels more authentic.
  3. Cost savings for a brand (shooting content is expensive, so when your users
create the content for you, you save money).
